        • A known time of service for patients that walk-in without an appointment, as they’ll be scheduled for the next available appointment spot
          • Options to wait outside by using mobile check-in and wait-by-text features
            • Peace of mind about when patients will be served, reducing their stress and anxiety

Walk-ins are always welcome but patients with appointments will be given priority.

* COVID-19 PCR testing at a DLO Patient Service Center is for assymptomatic patients or patients exhibiting mild, cold-like symptoms. Patients who are exhibiting active flu-like symptoms, including fever, may be asked to reschedule their appointment.
