OPERATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES DIRECTOR
Troy joined DLO in 2005 and serves as the Director of Operational Support Services, which includes DLO Patient Services, Logistics, and Customer Service/Solutions. Troy previously served as the DLO Patient Services Manager from 2005 until assuming his current role in March 2021. Troy embraces and leads a servant leadership culture to ensure each patient and client receives world class services. Troy earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Central Oklahoma and his master's in business administration from the University of Phoenix in Tulsa. He is married with a son and a daughter and enjoys golfing and spending time with his family and friends.
