Upfront Patient Pricing (UPFP) is for provider-ordered lab testing paid at the time of service and is only available at DLO Patient Service Centers and is not available for lab draws by a DLO in-office phlebotomists or specimen collections at a provider’s office.
*Depending on results, certain tests may require an additional test that will be billed to the patient as an additional charge.
Reflexted tests are any test that automatically result in the order of one or more secondary tests based on preset criteria applied to the initial test.
