The price you pay for testing at DLO may depend on several factors, including:

  1. Your insurance plan's coverage of lab tests
  2. Your age. For example, if you are 65 or older, Medicare may not pay for some tests that your doctor may consider important
  3. Your healthcare provider's agreement with DLO

You can request specific pricing information at your PSC or contact our Customer Service Department at 405-608-6100 or 800-891-2917.

That’s why 95% of all testing submitted is performed in Oklahoma, providing faster turnaround time and reporting times. And with the help of our Quality Assurance and Six Sigma departments, we make sure all testing procedures are performed at the highest standards set by our governing organizations – the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Service (CLIA) and the College of American Pathologists (CAP).

MICROBIOLOGY/VIROLOGY

Both Microbiology and Virology testing is performed in-house at our Oklahoma City core laboratory facility. The Microbiology department is open 24/7, ensuring lab results will be delivered as soon as possible.

PATHOLOGY/CYTOLOGY SERVICES

DLO offers a complete menu of cervical cancer screening options. We provide everything from routine Pap tests to HPV testing to liquid- and computer-assisted cytology. Our in-state testing allows for excellent turnaround times, which leads to a sound diagnosis.
